Notice for Parents

At all Organised Chaos events we take the safety of everyone in attendance very seriously. Please be assured that any one in attendance is in the safest environment possible. Fully registered door supervisors, additional adult supervisors and medical staff are always on hand to look after everyone’s safety, and we have strict entry, ejection, and refusal policies in place, including situation assessment and searches. We even have the attendance of special police officers who are specially drafted in to cover the whole duration of the event. Also we ask everyone in attendance to provide contact details for there parent/s or guardian/s, upon entry to the event, meaning that in the unlikely event of an incident or emergency you can be contacted without any complications. All of our events are advised and negotiated by Staffordshire police; they comply with strict regulations introduced by the Police Chase division licensing unit and the Police events co-ordination unit for the Staffordshire area.
