Rules for Organised Chaos Events
TROUBLE MAKERS
Trouble makers and bad attitudes will not be tolerated! Anyone found to be causing trouble will be removed from the premises, photographed & banned from all Organised Chaos events. We hire special police officers who are specially drafted in to cover the whole duration of our events, and if it comes to it, you can and will be arrested on site! Please make sure that your parent / guardian is available to collect you at the end of the night, where possible.
DATA PROTECTION
At our event’s you may be filmed or photographed. This footage may then be used and included on audio & visual media such as videos, DVD’s and flyers. By entering or attempting to enter one of our events you are agreeing to be filmed and photographed and agreeing that this footage may be used for these purposes.
SEARCHES
To gain entry to one of our events you must first be searched & by attempting to enter you are agreeing to be searched. You will be searched by a fully trained and registered door supervisor of the same sex. You have the right to refuse to be searched at any time, however if you refuse to be searched entry cannot be gained under any circumstances.
DRUGS/ALCOHOL
We operate a strict no alcohol policy and we will not tolerate drug users or dealers! Any one found under the influence or in the possession of drugs or alcohol will be refused entry and reported to the police!
EJECTION / REFUSAL
Please note that if you are refused entry or are ejected from the premises at one of our events we must let your parent or guardian know so that they can assume responsibility for you. If we do not have your parents or guardians details, and you refuse to give us their details, you will be reported to the police.
EPILEPSY / ASTHMA
At our event’s there are strobes, lasers & smoke machines in operation, if you suffer from epilepsy or asthma please consider your situation carefully before entering. By entering the premises of the event you are agreeing that you have understood this warning and that we cannot be held responsible for any harm that may come to you as a result of exposure to this apparatus.
SOUND LEVELS
The music volume at our events can some times reach quite high levels and although these levels will seem normal a lot of people they are not to everyone’s taste. If you have sensitive hearing and/or you would simply like some extra protection against these high levels then please note that earplugs are available from the merchandise stall and are free of charge.
